Maryland Institute College of Art, a private college located in Baltimore, Maryland, today announced it has extended a contract with Parkhurst Dining Services to manage residential and retail campus dining services. The contract, worth an estimated $3 million in annual sales, with annual renewal options for additional one-year terms.

"We greatly value our partnership with MICA and the opportunity to provide a range of services and guidance with the development of a dining services program that is truly helping the College focus on its goal of delivering exceptional service to their students” said Richard J. Mauer, Principal of The Dunhill Group, LLC  "Beginning with an assessment of their current program, we were able to help the College develop a plan to evaluate the opportunities available to them in today’s marketplace."

This year, under the agreement, Parkhurst Dining Services will implement new retail and residential dining options. The new initiatives are based in large part on the efforts of The Dunhill Group, LLC. Based on the strategic plan, Parkhurst Dining Services developed new dining solutions tailored to meet the lifestyle and preferences of MICA students, including increased meal plan flexibility and on-campus late-night dining options.

The Dunhill Group,LLC is proud to anounce the completion of a new contract for SUNY Adirondack with Chartwells Dining Services. This ten year residential and retail services contract will usher ACC into the residential marketpalce. The College will break ground on a new 400 bed resident facility this spring and expects to be ready for the fall of 2013.

Chartwells has developed a stong operating model for the interim year  by offering to complete the installation of an Einstein Brothers Bagel Retail Store in the Scoville Cafe and making strong program changes to the student center. A year two complete makeover for the student center is now being designed.
